— [English Version - CLICK!!!]— Throwback, FAQ und Neue Features dieses Jahr Ein großer Erfolg im vergangenen Jahr war mein Experiment-Projekt „IlluMayha“, über den ich mich megaaaaaa freue. Mit über 10 Teilnahmen an verschiedenen Arten von Veranstaltungen hat IlluMayha beeindruckt. Bislang habe ich insgesamt mehr als 4 Automaten entworfen und gebaut, in verschiedenen Größen, Materialien und Zwecken. :D Der Automat trägt nun den Namen „IlluMayha“ (1000 Dank an Augusto für diese Idee) und hat seine eigene Seite „IlluMayha.com“.  Danke für euren Besuch! :) Hier passt IlluMayha perfekt hin: - Get-together - Messestand, kann auch allein oder auf eurem Stand stehen - Straßenfest - Kunst- und Designmarkt - Hochzeitsfeier oder große Feier - Und vieles mehr… Ich bin offen für eure Ideen!  Perfekte Wahl für euren Veranstaltungen  Automat wählen (ohne - Mini - ein Klassischer) In diesem Jahr habe ich das System verbessert, um mit euch einfacher und klarer kommunizieren zu können. Welche Automaten stehen zur Auswahl? Ab sofort gibt es drei verschiedene Arten (Schaut bitte in den Fragebogen): Der klassische Automat, Mini-Automat und ohne Automat. (Siehe Bild oben) Bildformat: Vier verschiedene Großformate stehen zur Verfügung. Euer Logo, Text und/oder Datum können nach Wunsch platziert werden (zzgl. kleiner Gebühr für die Grafikarbeit / siehe Bild unten). Anfrage bei der Buchung: Füllt einfach den Fragebogen aus, und nachfolgend erhaltet ihr per E-Mail ein passendes Tarifangebot. Der Fragebogen ist natürlich unverbindlich. :) Was kommt als Nächstes? Ein aktueller Kalender, damit ihr euer Event besser planen könnt.  Papierformate  Fragebogen FAQ: Wie wird die Gage berechnet? Die Beratung und Location-Besichtigung (ÖPNV im VVS-Gebiet) sind unverbindlich und kostenlos. Die Grundgebühr setzt sich zusammen aus: - Vorbereitungszeit - Arbeitsstunde für das LIVE-Zeichnen - Materialkosten (Papier, Stifte, Dekokram) - Fahrtkosten Zusätzlich wird/kann folgendes abgerechnet: - Grafikarbeit für das Kärtchen (Sonderpapier, mit eurem Logo/Text verwenden) - Übernachtung (außerhalb des Stuttgart-Gebiets) - Auf- und Abbauplanung (bei einem klassischen Automaten) Wo kann ich IlluMayha buchen? However, it wasn't until I became a full-time illustrator and crafted some delightful cat designs for Cattober in 2022 that I found the perfect image. Cats have become the muse for my work, and some of my favorites have even been turned into stickers (check them out in the Mayha Artstore).  Tattoos by 100 Hz Tattoos, Illustration by Mayha Realizing I wanted one of these designs as my own tattoo, the question arose: who could bring this to life for me? Most tattoo artists stick to their own illustrations, which is understandable. That's when I met Simone from 100Hz Tattoos at our shared co-working space in Johannesstrasse. She happily agreed to tattoo my cat design, and we even teamed up for a "Giveaway," tattooing three lucky winners with my illustrations.
About 100Hz Tattoos: Simone's style is distinct from mine—fine, clean, and detailed. You can now get a tattoo with her at Lord’s Bodega, where she is a resident artist. Beyond stickers, explore "limited" temporary tattoos in my shop. Made in Germany, they're vegan, and kid-friendly. Before Christmas Eve, I want to share my exciting journey at the Angoulême Comic Festival this year. The festival in 2024 will take place from the 25th to the 28th of January (check their official website here)  a mascot From my experience, I can confidently say that this event is worth visiting every 1 or 2 years. The festival sprawls across the entire city, featuring comics and illustrations integrated seamlessly like street art (distinct from other countries).
Helpful Tips and Tricks: 1. Traveling by Train: Getting a train is very easy and economical. Angoulême is conveniently located near Bordeaux. I personally took a TGV from Stuttgart to Paris (about 3 hours) and then a direct local train to the city. 2. French: 99% of the event is conducted in French (despite its "international scale"), Google Translate can really help you . However, if you know French, everything gets smoother! So you can fully engage with the exhibitions and explore newly published books from French publishers. 3. Culinary Exploration: Don't miss trying Picon beer – It was my first time experiencing this unique French beer and I love it! 4. Weather Preparations: Be mindful of the weather in January, which can be challenging. Bring essentials like a scarf and gloves, especially since you may have to wait in line outside various exhibition venues. (I was waiting in a line outside for 3 hours and for sure, after that it's not good. :/) Now, go ahead and enjoy your time at the festival! Voila! :)

Fumetto is a classic comic festival in Switzerland, similar to others in European countries like Angoulême (France), Bologna Children's Book Fair (Italy), and Salon Erlangen (Germany). This year also marked my first visits to Angoulême and the Bologna fair. I will write about both events later. For Fumetto, I decided to showcase some of my recent stories along with some fresh ones that the audience could see for the first time at the festival. And, of course, there was a Live Mural on the window display! My work was located at DQ Solutions.  Ding Dong! Same same but different is in Fumetto 2023
